Our story starts with one man.
Balaji Wafers & Sandwich was started as canteen in Astron Cinema and Kotecha Girls School in Rajkot in 1976. Back in days, sandwichs were made at home with the help of family members of Bajali Sandwich. Later, a small shop was started at Sanganwa Chowk of Rajkot. From humble beginnings as a small shop, now we're proud to have become one of the India's leading food service brands with more than 8 franchises in Rajkot itself.
